I stayed at your hotel today and overall I really enjoyed it: the capsules are very comfortable, everything is clean and cozy. However, I would like to point out one significant drawback — the receptionist. The elderly lady who checked me in was rather unfriendly and worked very slowly. Because of this, the check-in process took too long, and I almost fell asleep while waiting. I believe it would be better if a more friendly and efficient staff member worked at the reception.

This feels like my dream spot! I had an overnight layover and first looked at Air Rooms Madrid Airport, but it felt too pricey just for a night’s rest. Staying at a hotel outside the airport was another option, but the thought of taking a taxi there and back in the morning seemed stressful and not worth it. I was about to settle for an airport bench…

It was a bit like camping. I like the place but it is a bit nosy, because you can hear the people in the boxes around you.
Since there is no door to isolate you from the door area, you can hear noise almost all night. I think that the rest area of the terminal should be isolated by a door and not by a curtain.

As demand increased due to several flight delays (May15, 2026), they decided to change conditions and do not accept payments with Visa companion, only cash payment. Exactly the opposite of a responsible and ethical behavior, GettSleep Madrid! What’s shame. When we needed the most, could not count on you.

When you want to use the DragonPass membership they tell you that everything is busy but if you pay there is free space. Terrible customer service.

A piece of crap. A piece of crap. No air conditioning. Super uncomfortable. You seem to be drowning. The treatment of the staff. If you are Latino, they see you with contempt. CHECK CAREFULLY that it is only 12 hours, then they throw you out.
