Time difference from Buenos Aries meant my flight felt like an evening flight for my body but clock says it was overnight. Facing 11 hours layover before next destination knew I needed sleep so set about finding a quite spot to catch some shuteye before the the airport got busy. 6am arrival meant this would work for an hour or two. But then spotted this pod hotel. Booked in for 6 hours. Had 5 hours of blissful sleep before a refreshing shower and coffee. Staff brilliant when dealing with tired travellers. Shower and toilets spotlessly clean and fresh towels available. You can hear some noise from other pods... I had a snorer nearby but was noticeable because everything else was so quiet.

All I can say after the horrible experience of missing my connecting flight and having to wait 24 hours this place was amazing, the staff and amenities were incredible. I was not only able to rest in a really comfortable bed but also showered twice, charged my phone and they even had coffee. They even provide the towels. My experience at this airport rest area was excellent. I arrived quite tired in the middle of the night and I want to start by thanking Seif, the guy who greeted me at the reception. From the first moment he treated me with a super positive attitude, with a smile and very good energy. At that time of night, finding someone like that totally makes a difference. He made me feel welcome and calm from the beginning. The rest capsules are very comfortable, clean and cared for in detail. It shows that the place is well thought out to be able to relax and unwind even if you are inside the airport. I was able to sleep very well and regain energy before my flight. Seif woke me up punctually so I could take a calm shower and not miss my plane. Being able to shower inside the airport without having to leave is a luxury. And in the morning he had a beautiful detail, he made me a coffee accompanied by a chocolate. It was a very nice gesture. I felt very comfortable from the beginning to the end. I slept six hours, which definitely helped with the trip. But overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, considering what I paid. There was a stain on the sheet. There was no duvet, just a small, thin blanket. They didn't offer me a towel or wifi. I never saw or was offered the supposed "coffee corner". The guy who helped me at the front desk looked like he had never served a guest before - he was confused and uncomfortable just because he wanted a room. A strange and inhospitable experience, but at least I was able to sleep, which is the most important thing.
