Charging $300 for one room with two beds for ONLY 6 hours is outrageous and feels like a scam especially considering what we got in return. A week ago I stayed here one night with my daughter and it was a complete nightmare. The only positive thing was that the receptionist was polite and the place was clean. The rooms are tiny boxes separated by thin walls and curtains that block absolutely NOTHING. Despite being promised a very quiet space, there was nonstop noise and loud chatting right at the reception, so sleeping was IMPOSSIBLE. On top of that, it felt like a sauna inside. I asked for the AC to be fixed and the guy pretended to understand and told me to “give it time”… nothing changed and my 10 years old daughter and I were literally roasting the entire time. This place is massively overpriced, uncomfortable, and completely unsuitable for resting. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Iberia for the delay AGAIN
Be careful if your flight does not specifically depart from terminal 4s, you cannot enter and use your reservation, there is no refund or cancellation.

If you arrive, like me, from an international flight from Bogota that lands at T4, you think you can access GettSleep. But in my case not, because 7 hours later, my departure flight to France was on T4H. Only if you have a boarding pass from the T4S terminal itself, the terminal for international flights (understand outside the EU!), can you access this terminal and GettSleep! I did not put... However, the GettSleep staff with whom I spoke was friendly, although they had no solution to help me,...and they did not charge me. If you book on GettSleep, verify that you have your boarding pass for TS4, and exclusively for this one, and your checked bags.

Sleepless in MAD! Location. Booked a twin room for my wife and me but was given two separate upper rooms that required climbing instead. I couldn’t sleep all night because of constant airport announcements, and being next to the front desk meant even more noise from staff conversations. The shared bathroom is also right beside the reception area, which doesn’t offer much privacy.
FATAL EXPERIENCE. I COULD NOT EVEN ENTER THE SECURITY CONTROL! WHY DON'T YOU CHECK THAT WHEN YOU SCHEDULE! AND GOOGLE LEARNS THAT IT IS ON A VALDIOUS LAND!!! FATAL EXPERIENCE!!!!

if you skip their 10-page terms and conditions, you might book a room that you can’t even access because of airport restrictions. No refunds, no cancellations. And they only bother to clarify that in the confirmation email, once it’s already non-refundable.
DISGUSTING. A disgraceful hotel is INSIDE THE T4S, so if you don't have an INTENATIONAL ticket THAT ALSO LEAVES FROM THAT TERMINAL IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO ARRIVE LEGALLY No one tells you that, they tell you where the capsule hotel is but not that the planets have to align so you can access that terminal. In addition to being very expensive and uncomfortable to climb to the top bunk and hear all the comments and breathing of the people (there is no door, just a curtain) It does not have individual AC and you die of heat in the niche (what Count Dracula) the only thing that saves the reception staff is that they have apologized for the inconvenience but I will never repeat it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. nothing
TranslatedCloser to scam than hotel industry... Nothing. Unable to reach the hotel as it is located after Terminal 4S (satellite) security check. So you need to have a boarding pass *from* Madrid. Arriving from Paris, I was therefore unable to access it. But that is obviously not specified on the hotel page on Booking.com. Add to that the fact that reservations are non-refundable, and you understand the catch. The airport staff (reception and security agents) confirmed to me that many customers find themselves in the same situation every evening. Therefore, avoid urgently. Booking would be well advised to ban GettSleep from its platform because the very unusual and non-explicit access rules make them complicit in what a court of law could easily interpret as complicity in fraud against its own customers. A complaint will be filed to this effect tomorrow with the competent authorities. All. The obvious bad faith of GettSleep which does not explain the very specific access rules to its hotel (that is, at least, a lie by omission). But who does not prohibit booking or overbooking, knowing that some of the customers who have booked will not be able to reach the hotel in the absence of a boarding pass from Madrid, and that they will therefore generate undue turnover, ie. without any real service provision in front. The apparent complicity of Booking.com which has done nothing so far to force GettSleep to be transparent about the atypical access rules to its hotel. The conflict of interest, apparently very poorly managed by Booking.com which seems to prefer to collect commissions on nights that will never be booked, rather than taking the necessary corrective measures to bring GettSleep back to normal behavior and respectful of the customers brought by Booking.com. This is how we destroy in one evening 20+ years of mutual trust thanks to a level of service that was until now almost impeccable, and which suddenly collapses due to lack of control. Pitiful and scandalous. .
