The manager's attention was excellent, 10/10 in explaining everything to us even when it was our first time staying. He answered all our questions and was ready to assist us whenever we needed him. The next time I come to this airport on a long layover, yes or yes I will stay here again.

I spent one night (6 hours) in an airport hotel room and the experience was very good. The room/bed was clean, comfortable and perfect for resting before a flight. And the shower was great for me. I especially want to highlight Simón, who assisted me: he was super friendly, attentive and very helpful at all times. It's nice to find staff like this. Without a doubt, I would stay here again.

I had an excellent experience at Gettsleep Aereopueto Barajas, located inside the international area of Madrid Airport, which was perfect for me because I had a long layover before my next international flight. My main goal was to find a place where I could truly rest without having to leave the airport, and this was exactly what I needed. Everything was very convenient and easy from the beginning. Being inside the international terminal makes a huge difference when you are traveling, feeling tired, and trying to make the most of your time between flights. The best part was that I was able to rest really well. The cabin was comfortable, quiet, and gave me the privacy I needed to disconnect from the busy airport environment. I slept deeply and it helped me recharge so I could continue my trip feeling much better. I also want to highlight the staff, who were very kind and professional. In particular, I would like to thank Seif for his outstanding service. His kindness and professionalism made my stay even better. I definitely recommend Gettsleep Aereopueto Barajas to anyone with a long layover who wants to get real rest without leaving the international area. Tuve una experiencia excelente en Gettsleep Aereopueto Barajas, ubicado dentro de la zona internacional del Aeropuerto de Madrid, lo cual fue ideal porque yo estaba haciendo una escala larga antes de mi próximo vuelo internacional. Para mí, lo más importante era encontrar un lugar donde pudiera descansar de verdad sin tener que salir del aeropuerto, y este lugar fue exactamente lo que necesitaba. Desde el inicio, todo fue muy práctico y cómodo. El hecho de estar dentro de la terminal internacional hace una gran diferencia cuando vienes cansada y con poco tiempo entre vuelos. Pude organizarme mejor y aprovechar el tiempo sin estrés. Lo mejor fue que realmente pude descansar muy bien. La cabina fue cómoda, tranquila y me dio la privacidad necesaria para desconectarme del movimiento del aeropuerto. Dormí profundamente y me ayudó muchísimo a recuperar energía para continuar mi viaje. También quiero destacar el trato del personal, que fue excelente. Todos fueron amables y profesionales, pero especialmente quiero agradecer a Seif, quien fue increíblemente atento desde el primer momento. Su amabilidad y profesionalismo hicieron que mi experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda recomiendo Gettsleep Aereopueto Barajas para cualquiera que tenga una escala larga y quiera descansar de verdad sin salir de la zona internacional

It is a great option... all terminals should have it... you can rest, shower... and spend the night there... without wasting time leaving the airport... 😁 a ten.

I slept six hours, which definitely helped with the trip. But overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, considering what I paid. There was a stain on the sheet. There was no duvet, just a small, thin blanket. They didn't offer me a towel or wifi. I never saw or was offered the supposed "coffee corner". The guy who helped me at the front desk looked like he had never served a guest before - he was confused and uncomfortable just because he wanted a room. A strange and inhospitable experience, but at least I was able to sleep, which is the most important thing.
