A single comfort-tier sleeping pod on the lower level — a little more room, a quieter setting and step-in access with no climbing. Inside you get a real bed with an orthopedic mattress, fresh linen, your own light and ventilation, a USB socket to charge your devices and a privacy curtain.
The comfort tier adds a bit more space than a standard pod in a calmer corner, and the lower berth gives you direct access: you step straight in, which is handy when you are carrying luggage or prefer not to climb. It is one of the easiest pods to settle into during a short stop.
The pod is in the GettSleep lounge in the boarding zone — airside, past passport and security control — in Terminal 4 Satellite (T4S) of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, next to the international departure gates. You don't leave the boarding area, which is exactly what makes it handy on a layover or before an early-morning flight.
Outside the pod you have luggage lockers, shared showers with hot water and towels, a hair dryer, free Wi-Fi throughout and a 24/7 reception.
