A single sleeping pod on the lower level — a private, enclosed space for proper rest inside the airport, with no climbing to get in. Inside you get a real bed with an orthopedic mattress, fresh linen, your own light and ventilation, a USB socket to charge your devices and a privacy curtain.
The lower berth is the easy-access option: you step straight in, with nothing to climb, so it is quick to settle into and convenient when you are travelling with luggage or simply prefer not to use a ladder. It is the most straightforward pod to get in and out of during a short stop.
The pod is in the GettSleep lounge in the boarding zone — airside, past passport and security control — in Terminal 4 Satellite (T4S) of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, next to the international departure gates. You don't leave the boarding area, which is exactly what makes it handy on a layover or before an early-morning flight.
Outside the pod you have luggage lockers, shared showers with hot water and towels, a hair dryer, free Wi-Fi throughout and a 24/7 reception.
